While our normal Standard Delivery time is 2 to 4 business days (after confirmation of payment), this is an estimated delivery date – although we make every effort to have your items delivered within stated times, delays caused by our courier services are not under our control, so we cannot accept any liability on delivery delays for up to 21 days from dispatch. This means we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses that arise due to their failure to meet the estimated delivery date.

We will deliver your items to the address you provided us when placing your order. If you happen to be out, the courier may attempt to deliver your package through your letter box or leave it with your neighbour. Alternatively, they will leave a calling card with their contact details so you can arrange a more suitable delivery time. Generally the courier service tries 3 attempt to delive the parcel, Incase failed the parcel with automatically route back to us. In this case shipping charges to and forth will be charged from you. Thus requesting to accept the parcel.

You can also provide an alternative delivery address to us by ordering through our website and we will ship to your alternate address.

We also provide expedite shipping where your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days. Kindly contact us for Expedite shipping. Currently we are associated with shipping companies – FedEx and DHL and sooner we would be expanding our shipping services for better rates and fast deliveries.
